Our two-story townhome is the perfect place to sit back and relax on your Gulf Coast beach getaway. We are located in the desirable Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, steps from the heated pool, miniature golf course, and within a short walk to the beach! You'll enjoy the beautiful PCB beaches, the family-friendly location, and the peace and quiet that The Gulf Highlands Resort offers.

Seaside Serenity PCB is a comfortable and relaxing space that you can make your home away from home. Our end-unit Townhome is set up with everything you need to enjoy a beach resort vacation! With a heated pool and the miniature golf course steps from our back door and the beach only a short walk away, it doesn't get much better.
Our townhome features:
* An open-plan Downstairs Living Area with Plenty of Seating
and 65inch Flat Screen Smart TV
* Full-Size Kitchen with Island seating for four.
* All appliances necessary for a comfortable stay. Kettle, Coffee Machine,
Toaster, Gas Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer
* Half Bath conveniently located on the 1st Floor
* Master Bedroom with ensuite, King Size Bed and 50 inch Flat
Screen Smart TV
* Second Bedroom with ensuite, Queen Size Bed & Bunk Beds
* Laundry closet with Stackable Washer and Dryer
* Beach Towels, Chairs, Beach Cart, Beach Toys for Kids, Beanbags for
Shuffleboard, and Minature Golf Clubs (putters) plus balls.
* Outdoor Gas Grill with accessories.
* FREE High-Speed Internet and Cable

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking. To ensure our guests' safety, we have a Vivnt security system installed. Tampering with or destroying external cameras or doorbell or home alarm will result in immediate eviction.
★The minimum age for booking is 25
We reserve the right to decline reservation requests from new profiles or profiles without positive reviews
★ By booking this property, you agree to all the rules and requirements provided at the time of booking. We ask that guests report any issues or damages they find on the check-in day by Midnight the same day.
★ A minimum fee of $1000 will be charged if an unauthorized pet is brought into the home.
★ Please note that guests will be responsible for any fines that may be imposed by the HOA or security for breaking property rules or engaging in any form of misconduct during their stay. It is important to adhere to all property rules and regulations in order to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.
★ Please note that check-out time is strictly 10 AM.
★ Check-in time is 4 PM.
★ Please provide a copy of your driver's license after booking. Failure to provide this information before arrival may result in the cancellation of your stay. You can send the photo of your ID via the app, text, or email.
★ The cleaning fee is for regular departure cleaning only. Guests must leave the property in good condition, and additional charges will apply for excessive cleaning.
★ Please do not stain our linens.
★ Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Guests will be responsible for any plumbing fees due to clogged toilets.
★ We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25. Families and business travelers only, no group bookings!! Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental fees and removal of the premises.
★ The person who made the booking must be present at check-in and stay on the property for the entire duration of the stay. Subletting is not allowed.
★ Absolutely NO SMOKING/Vaporing/Hookahs, not any kind of tobacco within the premises. No smoking on the porches and in the screen room.
★ Pets and parties are not allowed. The maximum occupancy is 6 people, including children of any age.
★ Only 2 assigned parking spaces are available. Boats, trailers, and commercial vehicles are not allowed to park witin the community.
★ There will be charges for any use of glitter, confetti, or party decorations on the property.
★ Quiet time after 11 PM. No parties, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
★ Guests will not be given a password for the thermostat. The minimum AC setting is 70F in the summer, and the temperature can be adjusted by guests as needed.
★ Lost and found: We do our best to keep lost items, but we cannot guarantee their return. Guests will be responsible for shipping and service fees for lost and found items.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The security deposit shall be held by the Owner as security for any damages to the property, missing items, or any other breaches of this Agreement by the Renter during the term of the rental period.

The property is in good condition and should be returned to the Owner in the same condition.
Use of Security Deposit:
The security deposit may be used by the Owner, at their sole discretion, to cover any damages to the property, missing items, or any other expenses incurred due to the Renter's breach of this Agreement.

The security deposit, less any deductions for damages, missing items, or outstanding balances, shall be refunded to the Renter within 3 days after the termination of the rental period, provided the Renter has fulfilled all obligations under this Agreement.
